Now in this days, proper product has not been done for application of food processing method to produce for banana stems food product. There are no banana stem based food products in the Sri Lankan market. Banana stem is an underutilized waste edible material procured abundantly from srilankan agriculture sector.
Our aim to change the image of unutilized banana stems from waste into highly valued preserve food products more available in the srilankan food industry market. Because of these factors we use different type of food preserve method in banana stem for prepare the new product. In addition to that in this product no added any artificial flavor color and preservatives.
